We are a Licensed Family Day Home located in The Historic Jackson Ward Community.

Currently servicing families in Richmond, VA and surrounding areas.

The services that we provide are Full-time, Part-time, Drop -In, and Facilitated virtual learning.

Kid Spirit operates from 7:30AM-6:00PM Monday- Friday.

We accept private pay as well as subsidy pay for children ages 6 wks-12 yrs. 

Families can enroll by booking a tour on on our site by visiting the Our Services page or our Wonderschool site.

A staff member will reach out to the family with the registration process to enroll.

Our teachers undergo a state and federal background check.

All staff members are required to undergo a 10 hr. childcare provider training through Virginia Department of Education.

Educators are First Aid and CPR certified.

At least one staff member is MAT certified. Teachers also will maintain a mandatory 16 credits hours of continuing education in early childhood education courses or a related field each year.
